UPDATE: Thank you to Tim Procuniar, N8NQH, who replaced the amplifier IC on the mobile radio and brought it back to life. The radio is back at Channel 16 and the KD3WCO-10 Packet Winlink Node is back in service.
ORIGINAL: I finally made it over to Channel 16 and it appears that the radio used for the 145.010 Packet Winlink node has failed. The KD3WCO-10 Packet Winlink node will be out of service until I am able to find and install a replacement, hopefully soon.
