UPDATE: I was able to run to Channel 16 this morning and install the new surge protector/power strip. All the District 3 KD3WCO equipment came back on-line.
KD3WCO 2m repeater: 146.7750 MHz (-offset, 77.0 Hz tone)
KD3WCO 440 repeater: 442.7500 MHz (+offset, 123.0 Hz tone)
KD3WCO-10 Packet Winlink: 145.010 MHz simplex
KD3WCO-10 VARA FM Winlink: 145.030 MHz simplex

ORIGINAL: The power supply for all District 3 KD3WCO equipment at the Channel 16 site has failed (probably power surge due to lightning) and the 2m and 440 repeaters are down as well as the Packet Winlink node. I have temporarily restored the VARA Winlink node.
I will work to replace the power supply/surge protector this week once parts are received. I will let everyone know when the site is back up.
