GCARES in person meeting is Monday, June 30, 7 PM
We will meet at 7:00 PM in the Township Training Room in the lower level
of BTFD Station 61 (2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek 45434, West end of
the complex, lower level near the Sheriff’s substation).
A few items to discuss:
Interesting stories from Hamvention.
Field Day summary. Conditions. Lessons learned.
There is some enthusiasm to create a map of workable simplex radio
circuits within the county. I would like to plan a scaled down exercise
to test a methodology to create such a tool. This should be an
interesting project and hopefully it will be fun, too.
